Job Summary :
|
Set-up and operation of CNC Machines such as but not limited to lathes and milling machines. Responsible for fabricating quality parts that meet customer's expectations and requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Basic knowledge and understanding of Machine processes, applications, concepts, practices and procedures.
- Basic knowledge of general Aerospace Manufacturing processes, requirements, and specifications.
- Basic knowledge of special measuring tools, including Coordinate Measurement Machines, Johnson Thread Gauging System, and Comparator.
- Proficient in the use of Micrometers, Sunnen Gages, Indicators, and Bore Gauges.
- Must successfully complete the Parts Check test, to inspect other co-workers parts.
- Excellent Math and reasoning skills and the ability to read and interpret complex documents.
- Troubleshoot tooling as required.
- Perform basic programming on machines.
