Current Capabilities

Although much larger in size, capability, capacity, and number of employees, we are still doing many of the same types of parts that we have been producing for the majority of the company's history. Mayday's expertise is in precision bushings, sleeves, pins, and other close-tolerance machined parts used in the aerospace world. We also have significant capability in turned parts that include milled features such as flange flats, slots, grooves, notches, tangs, etc. We make a lot of straight-forward, simple, turned parts; but in addition, a particular success for us over the past 10 to 15 years has been tougher, close-tolerance components made from high-risk raw materials with many complex features.

Mayday has produced over 120,000 different parts numbers for most of the major aerospace design groups in the world. Mayday produces parts used in commercial aerospace applications as well as in military aircraft programs. We currently serve about 850 customers in 18 countries, most of which are key prime aerospace contractors and their associated sub-tier suppliers and subcontractors. We are very confident in our ability to produce a superior component within a reasonable period of time and ship to meet demanding schedules.
